#week 3 of 2021: seeing the world upside down!

I jumped into a new hobby: pole dance which is a combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical pole. It has also as a mainstream form of fitness, practiced in gyms and dedicated dance studios. Indeed it requires significant muscular endurance and coordination, strength and flexibility.

I believe it was my third class and the teacher said “Well, try to do the turn”.

I was like “Okay, well.. let’s try!”
